Wait until you're 21, they'll start mostly migrating down to your butt.

Find out your skintype. If you are oily, get a cleanser with Salicyclic Acid in it and use a toner after cleansing in the day, followed by a water-based moisturizer with SPF. At night, cleanse with the same cleanser and use a water-based moisturizer without SPF. Once a week, exfoliate with clean, soapy washcloth. You may want to see a licensed aesthetician too if you're in need of many extractions. If you are dry skinned, get a cleanser that has the word milky or creme in it, cleanse and follow with a toner and moisturizer with SPF. At night, cleanse and use of thicker moisturizer without SPF. Either way stay away from cleansers and moisturizers that are glycerin or mineral oil based, they will break you out faster than anything. The biggest hurdle is getting to know your skin and using the right products on it. You will never get rid of pimples forever, but, you'll see an improved condition in your skin and the pimples that come up will be much smaller and fewer. Good luck and I hope I've helped you!

My sister just got prescribed accutane, which after a few uses (or months of uses) acne is supposedly gone forever. She did have a friend that used it for two months and it has never came back and it's been a year. There is a long process to go through with your doctor due to side effect possibilities and supposed "suicidal tendicies" for some. So there is a screening process, though I hear much worth it. My sister has only used the cream once so far so I have no first hand results to share with you. I hope this was helpful.

unfortunately there is no real solution or we'd all have lovely skin. Have a good cleanser, toner and moisturiser and it helps a lot.
