Just soak it with a hose and wipe it with car soap and a sponge.

Wall Mart (Tuff Stuff) upholstery cleaner and Oder eater Brite yellow can or Pump, sold in all good auto parts stores once you use this you will never use any else again

I lay a wadded up wet tissue on the dried on poop. In about 15 minutes, it is usually wipe-off-able.

put a little bit of WD-40 on a rag and apply it to the area, if that doesnt work use a little bit of gasoline, I know sounds crazy but it will work
