Having served with some foreign allies, I have to tell you there's some serious badasses out there that are as-good/better than us. Well trained troops anywhere come up pretty even & it comes down to equipment, then most developed countries are on par with each other. When you progress to the special operations level, it gets even more blurry. At that level you're up against the levels of human ability more than country & it really starts getting too close to call, especially since everyone has slightly different missions it is almost impossible to compare. All that said, we don't suck, & do have a quantity at those levels of quality others do not. Based on that we can whip pretty much anyone's butt. But, thanks for the compliment, I too thank everyone who serves where others will not, especially in the face of cowards.

"Domestic liberal opposition?" Once again, someone saying that because the liberals want our troops to come home safe they're all troop haters. Pathetic. We feel the same way you do about our troops, just differently about the reason they are there.

There was an article today about how Al-quida may be meeting its demise. After Al-Zarquowi was killed.
The USA army is the best in the world. From the British rebellion (War for Indepence) to WW2 to current day. USA is the #1 country

The US military wasn't always remarkable throughout the centuries that this country existed just to let others know. I still find it humorous how the greatest American general known was Robert E. Lee. Hopefully everybody can see the irony in that

I support our troops, but i feel many other countries have better methods of training and maybe even longer. Sometimes our troops haven't even learned much and they are out there too soon. But I still support them because I am American.

I do agree that we have the finest troops in the world. No matter how you feel about our commander in chief you NEED TO SUPPORT OUR TROOPS. They are protecting us and our freedoms. God Bless the troops and keep them safe.
