Marry him if you love him. Things happen, people make mistakes. Make sure that you know the truth about his conviction. Don't marry him just to cut his time down though, marry him ONLY if you plan on spending the rest of your life with him. Just because he did wrong, and you still love him doesn't mean you are stupid, ignore those people who say so.

Don't marry him to cut his time in prison. Ask yourself what kind of future will you and your children have with him.
He may be a decent guy who made one mistake and is paying for it, but he has been to prison before he will not provide much of a future.
Wait to get married.

It better not happen. That man needs to serve his entire term, whether he marries or not. And you need to re-think your choice of mate. Don't come bitching to me in a couple years because he isn't paying his child support....
