my eyes round and abit small. how can i make them look more oval looking. what colour eyeliner do i use. my eyes are brown btw

Brown eyes? Use a black liner b/c the contrast brings out the color of your eyes even more. Draw oval shape around your eyes (thinner in the inside corner and thicker in the outside corner)... use a liquid black liner if you can because it's just easier (try Mac black liquid liner + the slanted brush too)

Use dark brown, chocolate colors try using the liner like a v shape. Start the line out on top thick and then gradualy thinner and then on the boom the same way, hard to explain, Go to the mall and get a makeover

Extend your eyeliner a bit past the outer corners of your eyes. Also, apply two coats of mascara to your top lashes, then a third coat to just the outer 1/4 inch of your top lashes. This will enlongate your eyes a bit. I use black liner & mascara.

put dark eyeliner on the top 1/3 of the outter eyelid and on the bottom 1/3 of the outter lower eyelid

a dark brown shimmery color and outline it in a dark dark brown eyeliner it really shapes your eyes and makes it look bigger.
