WOW! You are getting some good answers to this question. Of course, there are some dumb answers as usual when a question is relater to the US and soccer.
I hope they get it together against Italy on Sat. If not, I really think Bruce will be fired after the World Cup. I respect the coach, but something is not right when he had Beasley playing on the wrong side of the field and why is he playing Cherundulo?

It is a real shame that they haven't had a better showing this time.
but the Czechs are a tough team. Unfortunately the Italians are even tougher. The real shame is a distinct lack of national support. Hope it comes one day. Good luck.

The team is talented, but they are not aggressive enough. I certainly hope the changes make a difference on Saturday, or it will be France '98 all over again!

Maybe the nation is concentrating more on winning Canada in Hockey than looking into soccer..

Soccer is just does not fit well with the U.S. We have other specialties in other sports but soccer is not one of them the U.S. just has to face the facts.

You wanna know...? It's cause the US is a bunch of stuck up people who have one mind set and won't listen to anything anyone tells them...that's why we suck at soccer...cause we think...oh it's stupid...IT'S CAUSE WE SUCK AT IT, THAT'S WHY THEY THINK IT'S STUPID!!!...I tell you american football is fun to watch...but they have room for commercials...and they have breaks...it's not a mans game...it's a game of breaks and rest...soccer is constant...and the US has to get off its fat *** and start moving...or we'll all die of heart attacks haha. Peace everybody...by the way...the US will NEVER be good at soccer...GO POLAND!!! (poland.....maybe)
