There will always be limitations due to interpretations from the various courts.
"...the freedom of speech" does not include yelling fire in a theater but apparently does allow lying or burning the flag.
"...the right of the people to keep and bear arms..." Does regulation or registration of firearms infringe this right? Felons are denied this right as are children. Perhaps limitations, but reasonable ones.
