Soap and a tooth brush works best. I always use old tooth brushes to clean them. That is how my grandma did it when i was little and it works the best. Maybe try using a little laudry soap and letting them soak in it in a sink (with water and soap) for an hour or so while u watch tv or do something else. then it will be easier to clean them. You might also want to try Avon bubblebath I have heard it is amazing for making panty hose last, so I am sure it would do wonders on your Old Navy flip flops.

Use an old tooth brush, warm water, and soap.. If you have to put too much effort into it, it's not really worth it... They only cost $2.50
(If those are the flip flops you're talking about.) Hope I could help... This method seems to help me clean mine

Fill a sink up with soap and hot water... let your flip-flops soak in it for about 30 minutes that will clean them!

Just toss them in the garbage, then you will only have 999,999 pairs left. Now personally if it were me i would toss them all except maybe two pair for the beach and invest in some heels.

I know this sounds crazy, but I put my rocketdog sandals in the dishwasher and if they are all white let them soak in bleach and water!
