I think that, from experience, the most racially profiling places are the cities around the great lakes. I'm from Buffalo, NY where they have a headquarters to the KKK in the suburbs of Buffalo (amherst). And to the person who thinks I'm paranoid, you tell that to someone who hasn't had they're entire car stripped in the middle of traffic for a "routine" traffic stop. I had no tail lights out, my plates weren't suspended, my insurance wasn't lasped, my license wasn't suspended or revoked, I was driving a brand new car and I'm 21 years old. The officer didn't believe that it was MY car and that I have a REAL job. I'm a nurse. He said he didn't know that drug dealers called themselves nurses now. If that wasn't racial profiling I don't know what it was. My husband was pulled over he's 24 with two college degrees. He fit the profile of someone who robbed a store (or so they say). He was wearing his job's polo and they even called his job to verify he didn't steal the shirt!
