Hi me and my b/f have been ttc. We haven't been trying that long but I'm already starting to become stressed. Not so much from not being sucessful but jusst the whole thing of tracking ovulations and wondering if we are gonna hit that right moment or not. I noticed that when we have sex that I think now alot more about the position we are in and if I'm ovulating, ect. what are some tips on just relaxing and going with the flow.

If you have an OB talk to him about it and he can guide you through infertility. You could have some kind of problem and not know it. I have been TTC for 1 yr now and i have PCOS. I just started my second round of clomid and metphormin and it is very stressfull. I know exactly what you are going through honey. Here is a website that i religiously go to and all the women there are TTC. They know alot about charting and using an ovulation kit and EVERYTHING. I use the message boards (its free to register) the message boards are good and ALOT of people go there but if you need answer like ASAP then go to the chat room. These women will do alot for you just like they are your best friends. Trust me, it will help. I am in the same boat as you. :P

I have no right anwer for you. I too am ttc and the longer it takes the more anxious one becomes. The only way to relax is to know that you have done it on the right day. You should buy some Ovualtion Predictor Kits this is a good way to know when you are ovulating. Also try this website www.mycycles.com. It reminds you of when to do it and tracks your cycles for you for free. I also obess on this website www.twoweekwait.com there a bunch of other women obessing on getting pregnant and it helps to share all of this with someone other then your boyfriend.

Well, you should pick up an ovulation kit at a local store. They are pretty effective. Also, tracking your menstrual cyle for two or three months and waiting 14 days after your cyle is typically the time when you should be ovulating. But, I would suggest not making it a "project" of getting pregnant-- instead, let nature take it's course if it's meant to be.

Try not to think about it all the time. I know thats hard to do when youre ttc and youre really ready. But try to relax and not focus so much on getting pregnant, just enjoy yourself and it will happen when it's meant to be. Good luck!
