At 10 you may already be producing it... by the time you are 14 you would most likely be... it varies with each male but not to worry those wiggly things will let you know when you are producing them...

At puberty, the male body begins production of sperm, along with other physical changes (growth spurts, chest hair, voice changes, etc.), . You'll probably see some signs between 12 and 15.

My advice talk to your parents, you obviously have questions and are wondering about that part of life, so I would go ask your parents, I am not going to give you any advice but mentioned above, because it's not my job as a stranger to be telling you anything else but that. And, those that explain to you shouldn't, because you need to learn that from your parents.

You will start producing it when you go through puberty. Don't try to grow up so fast. Believe me, you will get there soon enough!
