Because they only want playing by rules and finesse. Not cheap shots which are heavily penalized. It's too easy to trip in the game and every match would be 0-0 if it was allowed. The scores are low enuf as it is.

Uhm, it's not. It's faster than baseball. It requires more stamina than basketball which is played in a court less than half the size of a soccer field. It requires more balls than football because you have no protection outside of shin guards, and although football involves more collision, that isn't such a big deal because the players are ready for the hit. However, in soccer a lot of hits happen when unexpected. Some might think that soccer hits are weak compared to football tackles. Although football tackles are hard (I respect football), soccer hits are not too far behind (check it out for yourself if you don't want to take my word for it).

Soccer is one of the best sports played all over the world. It takes lots of energy, stamina, training, power and shows real athleticism.

It is a tough sport. You work hard at it. I don't personally like the game, but I respect the athletes.

And baseball is a game for men?...sure so long as they are 50 pounds overweight.....at least in soccer they are fit not fat....americans just dont like games they cant win....the world series?...haha.......nobody besides north america and japan plays it.....stupid game...
