Surprise her by cooking a meal, (or gourmet takeout) and serving it candlelit with a bottle of wine. Massage her feet, draw a bubble bath. Buy her flowers. It really doesn't have to be expensive. It's the thought and effort that counts.
Or, you could take her to a romantic hotel and treat her to a weekend of fancy meals and fun. Indulge her in chick flicks, a Broadway show, ballet, or a shopping trip. Do what she likes, without complaining.
What a sweetie you are for asking. Have fun!

This really depends on her personality. Some women aren't impressed with anything that's not expensive. Some think a bouquet of daisies are the sweetest thing in the world.
Focus on HER favorite things. If she likes gardening, buy her a book on flowers or a gift certificate to a local nursery. If she likes good food, take her to a restaurant that you normally couldn't afford. If she likes to travel, take her away for the weekend.
Make sure the focus of the evening/day/weekend is about what SHE likes and try to enjoy them as well. If you're not enjoying the opera (for example) just smile, and keep your mouth shut.

Take her out for a date, just like before when you are not yet married. Give her a bouquet of flowers and let you dance with her with a soft music, preferably your themesong if you had one. Its not neccessary to spend a lot of money the important thing is you're spending some quality time together. And most important thing is to tell her how much you loved her.

Go out and buy her a dozen roses. Remove one of the real roses and replace it with a silk one. Create a path with the 11 real roses to someplace special/romantic (the bedroom, , outside, ect.) At the end of the path leave the silk flower in a visible place with a little tag on it that says "The day this last rose dies, is the day that I'll stop loving you."
That would make any woman feel incredibly special- best of luck!

Without knowing her it's hard to say, but in general women appreciate something that took a lot of thought or time to do. For instance, if she likes broadway type shows and you've never taken her, take her to one. A gift that requires the two of you to spend time together doing something she likes is preferable to just buying her something she wants, no matter how expense the item might be.

Something romantic would always do it, set up somethingat home like candles, music, and a dinner full of her favorite foods, (thats where it could get spendy) then maybe take her somewhere that you had your first date, unless it was at a restaurant. Take a walk through the park, down to a lake, dance lessons, rollerblading, anykind of class that you two could do together.... i hope this helps!

If she has any personal hobbies she loves to do in her spare time, find something related to that. If not, I think you'd be hard-pressed to not find a woman on this planet who wouldn't be beyond delighted to receive a day at the spa being pampered.
