Why r u scratchin the first place? And men shouldn't have long *** nails anyway so cut them all the way down to look nice for you, so u won't scratch ur balls off....

Yeah.. Use a file afterward to smooth out the rough edges. Sometimes nail clippers have them in the handle. It doesn't take too much time. Just a once over should do the trick. Twice over couldn't hurt.

It is called an EMERY BOARD. Use it.
Then learn to file your questions in the appropriate category. This would have fit better under: Health & Beauty.

instead of clipping them try filing them down you get the same effect and they actually look alot neater and straighter not to mentin healthier looking
