Yeah, it does, at least until you get used to it. Just remember, don't allow the sex toy or penis or whatever is used to get anywhere near the vagina afterwards until you shower or at least clean up with soap and water. You can get really NASTY infections in the vaginal tract that way.

You have to use a whole lot of KY or Anal Ease. You have to really take your time and have him go very slow. Once you are past the muscle it feels a lot better. Just let him know that he just can't pounce up and down like he is in your vagina. Not at first anyway.

If done right you will feel more pleasure than pain and plus you have to relax your body because if you tense up it will hurt like hell. remember to use plenty of lube!!!

Supposedly if it is done correctly it doesn't hurt. But I don't know. My guess is that it always hurts.
