IQ is only a measure of the capacity to solve problems. Knowledge is how much one knows. IQ can be coupled with Knowledge to show understanding. Kids do not have the knowledge that their teachers do.

why do teachers not listin to students if the kids have a bigger IQ?
mmmmm, are you referring to yourself?? If you ARE, then you are not listening to your teachers or your teachers are morons also.
Your question should read:
Why do teachers ignore students who may have a higher IQ? or
If a student has a higher IQ than their teacher, why does that teacher ignore them?
PS Listin should be listen. And your grammar needs a bit of work. Put that high IQ to use and learn to spell! You'll benefit in the long run.

Sometimes life experience is more important that IQ. Give the teach some credit.
But also some teachers don't like kids acting (or even being) smarter than them. They'll do things their way just to prove they're in charge. Ego's are an ugly thing.
But don't you get a big EGO to go with that IQ.
People don't like egos and often wont listen to somebody when they act like they're better than you. It would be a shame to have such a high IQ and so much knowledge and not have anybody listen to you.
Good Luck!

Well, gee, let's see. Bigger implies relative size. So maybe the teachers are intimidated by the amazing bigness of the intelligence they are confronted with. Or maybe, the kids have these really big heads and the teachers are just freaked out and struck deaf. Or maybe they don't "listin" because they are semiliterate and just can't keep up with the high falutin' dialogue. Good question, though. Why don't you ask one of your teachers?

it's listen, not listin. Somebody climbed a water tower where I went to school, and spray painted 'SHOOL SUCKS', and every day I was in my boring math class, I'd look out the window and see that idiocy. It kept me in school, and nobody has painted over it for 15 years!

What the IQ measures is intelligence, not wisdom.
Wisdom comes from having intelligence AND experience.
