252 days (36 weeks). If the baby is not out by then, start worrying.

If you have a regular cycle, then as soon as you miss 5-7 days of your period (a week) then you should start thinking about the possibility that you are pregnant. If you have an irregular cycle, then it is a lot harder to know when you are supposed to get your period. In which case, maybe wait a week (about the time you estimate or guess your period is going to come) then take a test. If it's negative, wait another week to take another test. If you start experiencing pregnancy symptoms (sore breasts, frequent urination, fatigue, nausea with or without vomiting) and your period hasn't come but you had a negative home pregnancy test, see your doctor and get a blood test to find out for sure whether you are pregnant or not.
Goodluck!

Depends if you are sexually active or not...
Not sexually active check with physician after 3 missed unless you have other symptoms...
Sexually active (and not trying to get pregnant) 10 days unless you think that something else is causing the lateness such as stress... if the latter I'd be heading in after you should have finished the second missed period (again if you have additional symptoms get in sooner)

I would say 1 week. Anything can affect period, stress, illness and STD can be factors.
If after a 1 week you are late, call your gyn and ask the nurse. She might recommend you come in
If you are sexually active and a little shaky on the protection, buy a test from the drug store.

I say around a week or two...But you should just take a pregnancy test within the first few days of missing it then you won't have to be worried everyday, for the most part.

If you usually have a normal 28-32 day cycle I wwould say 7-10 days after that I would have it checked out.

ANY TIME YOU HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX ...YOU SHOULD BE WORRIED.
If you're already late...instead of stressing about it...(which will only make your period even later) ...go buy a test and pee on a stick...that way you can just get it over with and find out already.
Good luck.
