My psychic opinion is yes, he is gay... but either isn't completely aware or hasn't completely accepted it yet.
If you enjoy the attention, tell him so. If you do not, tell him to stop. If you would like to take it further, next time he is rubbing your stomach, tell him he could do that a little further south and you wouldn't mind... this should get you where you want to go.

Well, it depends. Are you gay? and does he know if you are or not. If you are and he knows, then he's mostlikely feels comfortabuly around you to explore his more gay side. But if your not, and you give him know reason to think you are he might just be gay and tryin to see where you are with it... i have had friends do me like that all the time, and they know i'm gay, and alot of them are not gay. So i guess it's all in the vibe between ya'll. Mostlikely, hes trying to make a move and just don't know how to persue you. But if your not like that and he does come off to you like that, let him know he's making you feel uncomfortabul, but don't knock him for it if he is. Cuase if ya'll are true friend then it doesn't matter weather or not hes gay, just let him know your situation and go from there

I don't know, but it sounds like he may be curious or bisexual. Or, he could just be messing with you.
If you do not have a problem with gay people, you could sit him down and seriously ask him. Tell him you don't care either way, but you want to know if that's why he acts that way towards you.
If he says he is gay or bi, then you can tell him that you aren't into that and ask him to stop. If he's really a friend, he will respect that.

Do you like it when he touches you? Are you gay? Maybe he is attracted to you. Maybe you give him signs that you enjoy it so that's why he does it.
