Indifferent. In the beginning I hated him with a passion because I liked Alex better. But then I didn't mind him as much anymore. Then I thought for sure his new heart wouldn't start up and then it did so it was like oh he's not gonna die after all. But then he did so it was huh woah that really sucks. It definatly suprised me there at the end.

It was so sad, but the show needed to have something so dramatic happen, outside of Grey's love affair to shake up the show. Poor Izzy, the next question is what do we think is going to happen to her.

Surprised, but sort of relieved it was over. I like the show and think Katherine Heigel is a fine actress, but I was getting really tired of the whole story line... I mean either get better or die for goodness sake.....
I hope she comes back next season.

so sad. i adored denny, but then again i love jeffery dean morgan. i thouht alex was an *** for always butting in between them. he pretty much pushed izzy at denny by being a jerk. so i always pulled for denny to get the girl. and now he's dead. and i'm not happy.

I loved Denny, he was great. But there was no place for him in the show if he had a heart transplant and got well. they either had to keep him ill (which would get boring) or let him go.

it was soooooooooo sad. he was soooooo nice nd sweet, and stupid Alex would always be trying to break up Denny and Izzy........ now she will probably fall back into Alex's arms for support or something! It was SO sad!!!!

Well I never really liked him to begin with, so I wasn't sad when he died. Although I must say that really does suck that he died of a blood clot after he survived the heart transplant.

How could they do that! I really liked those two together. The underdog gets the girl kinda thing. I'll still watch the show though.

omg...i was so sad! i can't believe they killed him off...but that girl Izzy...i liked her and still do, but now i think that she's even dumber for even thinkin about doin such a thing to get him a heart faster than what they could've...she's freakin cool and all, but now not so much.

Terrible. I cried my eyes out and I haven't watched anything in a long time, movie or otherwise that has made me do that!
