Why not try being a professional nanny since you have years of experience with your own children? You can check your local paper's classifieds for this. Also, receptionists are in high demand, especially in the areas you want. You should brush up on your familiarity with current computer programs: windows, excel, powerpoint, publisher, etc. Also, reading up on basics of real estate and law would come in handy and will give you an insider's edge. Hope this helps! The internet and a bookstore will probably be your best bet as resources.

You need to ease back into the workforce. You could get a receptionist job, but be realistic about money. I recommend going to a staffing/temp agency. There are some really good ones that will help you get back in the workforce and truthfully tell you what you are qualified for.

It's humorous is not... former Speaker of the House used to be the final character to stability the funds... he had 4 immediately balanced budgets in 4 years. He had four.two% unemployment... his agreement for America rebuilt this fine country. He helped defeat the Soviet Empire with Reagan and Thatcher. Not handiest that, however he used to be a near pal of President Reagan. Those who assault Speaker Gingrich haven't any concept of what they are announcing as the person they look after has bought America into $15 trillion debt and 14 million unemployed.

I worked with children that were mentally ill and retarded. Had no formal training. Then I went into the business end of car sales. I knew nothing about buisness or cars for that matter. You can do what ever you please, shoot for things you want to do but don't know anything about, you'd be surprised at how many people will give you and opportunity. The best thing I could tell you......be confident and BELIEVE you can do anything, all you NEED is the opportunity!

real estate? Don't do it, you think it would give you time to do the things you want, but if you are successfull you will spend 12 hour days at it or more, including sunday, birthdays, holidays. If you want to have a life and make money look into creative real estate stuff (you know buy homes with no money down).

Just start applying to places, and see what they tell you.
Either that or look into a Human Resources office and see if they can help you there
