First off, you're 11. Just chill! You shouldn't be confined to having a boyfriend at this young age. Second, he gave you his number...how noble of him. Really. If he was a real man, he'd ask for your number and call you. It's not old-fashioned...it is what men do. Third, he says he likes you but he also likes that other girl. Doesn't that tell you something right there? He's not ready to be a boyfriend to you or that other girl. To stick around for such a thing would make you a glutton for punishment. Honestly, have some more self-respect for yourself. I'd kick him to the curb. In due time, you will have plenty of guys who just want to be your one and only. And as for the other girl, leave her alone. She probably doesn't know this guy is such a skeez either and it's not her fault.

He's way too young to know what he want. He does not know what relationship and commitment means yet. As for you, hang out with friends who want to be with you without condition, and that includes boys. As for what to do to the other girl, she is not responsible, only he is, so she should not be involved in this.

This is not something for an 11 year old to be worrying about. Worry about your school work and your friendships with girls. Have a good preteen experience and forget about boys for now.

Why would you want him? The saying "if he does it to her, he will probably do it to you" rings true. If you decide to fall for the game, get a lot of tissues, you will need them.
