The most recent one I know of for sure was Kenneth Branagh's 4 hour, 2 minute version of "Hamlet" (1996). The studio subsequently released an abbreviated version (cut to 2-1/2 hours) of the film, but I don't know whether the edited version retained the intermission (though I doubt it).
