I answered a question like this before and everyone said they would keep it and I said I would turn it in, I still would turn it in. How would you feel if you lost it? For those who have said anyone walking around with 1000 can afford to lose it. This is not necc. true. What if it was someone who was a business and lost it out of their cash box, it's still not right to take someone elses things. Maybe it was going to be donated to a charity like a food pantry.

Although it would be difficult to give up a thousand dollars, I would give it to the owner. I believe in karma, so if I simply appropriated someone else's belongings I believe I would suffer later. Also, the owner of the money may need it for a specific reason and I would not want to restrain them from using it for their needs.

I want to say that i would give it back,But depending on the circumstances i would be in at the time maybe not. I have lost a big amount of money before and it wasnt returned and i felt like maybe they just needed it more than i did. I feel like things happen for a reason weither it be carelessness or not.

First of all, there are no thousand dollar bills in circulation. BUT, if I found someone's money or belongings, I would make a reasonable effort to return it.

God is always watching.

If it were me that lost the money, I would pray and hope that somebody might return my money to me. However, society isnt like that anymore. Honestly, I would keep the money..unless I actually watched the person drop it, then I would have no way of knowing who the money belonged to....right? I'm human like everyone else!

I would try my hardest to find out whoever lost it so that I could return it to them, I definately would want someone to return my money to me had I lost it, however, if i couldnt find the person, I would keep it in the bank.

Well since there are no 1000 dollars bills, it really wouldn't matter, would it?

I would give it to them if I knew for sure it was for them and not by word of mouth
either. Otherwise I would most definitely keep it.

If I knew them yes.
If I didnt know who it belonged to, no.
Because anyone walking around with $1000 bills could probably afford to loose one.

I'd definitely give it back, it was never mine to begin with. I know how bad and CRAZY I would feel if I lost it, and how honestly grateful I would feel if it was returned to me. I always feel for others.
