I have been to Morocco along time ago, in 1977, I traveled all over the country for 3 months
. Wow what a great time I had. I loved Morocco, of the 50 countries I have traveled to its been one of my favorites. I did a lot of exploring in the cities and out in the desert mountains and oasis. There are two mountain ranges there, the Atlas and the Riff mountains. Great rock climbing, wind surfing. great markets!!!!!! Beaches that go on for ever. Different cultures, architecture. I could write a book on how interesting Morocco is.When people ask me what its like there I tell them its like going back in time 500 years. Being in a National Geographic magazine and someone closes the pages on you.
I d love to return there, its on my wish list, but with so many choices, I get confused. I am thinking of returning to the Philippines soon, also of going down to Panama and to Barbados. Go alone, your Friends are waiting there for you. Guaranteed! Wait till you meet them they will tell you they have been waiting all their life to meet you.Don't be scarred or paranoid. If you are you will attract bad to you. Go with a simple open mind, and heart. Enjoy your travels be a traveler, not a tourist and you will have a good time. If you can't find a travel partner, well then maybe I'll go with you. : ) let me know.
