I think if it is trimmed neatly then it is okay. Shaving just causes them to itch themselves and that can be embarassing if they start scratching themselves in public. But then again some women don't want a mouth full of hair.

Not really...Because then they end up scratching their crotch even more than usual. Just keep it trimmed up and neat.
