I know in the summer you are meant to ditch blusher and power for bronzer, but how do you wear it? Only on cheeks? Or like a highlighter on the forehead and cheeks? And are there any recommendations for a good bronzer on the market at the mo?

You put it where the sun would naturally hit your face: The apples of your cheeks, along the top of your forehead, and (just a little) on your nose.

I'm not sure what's the best type of bronzer but I do know where you should apply it. Smile really big in the mirror, and where your cheeks round up is where you should put it. Then put your head down but still look foward. Apply just a little on your forehead that way.

well, bronzer can turn orange if your skin is oily. so make sure you keep face clean and apply some sort of oil controlling product. The key to looking sunkissed is to exfoliate regularly too. this will get rid of any extra debris (dead skin cells) on face.

to apply, smile, and, with a massive brush, blob some onto apples of cheek. Also put some in a line down centre of nose and a bit on forehead.

As for products, go for a shimmering powder, with the biggest brush you can buy!

Good luck :-)

Use a UV protecting moisturiser as a base to begin, use a loose powder like Avon - Arabian Glow. Use a LARGE brush to dust the bronzer on in a circular fashion. Use a little at a time and build it up to your desired colour. www.avonuk.com

Tip if you want to make your face look slimmer only dust bronzer on to the sides of your face, blend tho so you do not get any 'mask' lines.

Depending on your age you may want to buy one without shimmer, 25 or younger for the glitter look. Buy a bright pink blush, ALMAY has a great one called Touch Pad, and dab it on your cheeks so you have a contrast. Bronzer without blush makes your face look dirty instead of sun kissed.
I have powder bronzer by Physicians Formula as well as a tinted moisturizer by Elizabeth Arden, Shimmer Lights, that I love.

You're supposed to dust the bronzer over where the sun would hit you - cheekbones, nose, temples. If this is too much, just put a little on your cheekbones. Rimmel is good for bronzers.

if it is really shimmery, you'll want to stick to just the cheeks, but if it's more of a sheer color, you can pretty much use it wherever! just be careful not to do a reverse raccoon look - where you use bronzer all over your face but a light concealer under your eyes!

the best bronzer is from mac, its great. you put it on your lower cheeks, left and right forehead(keep the middle clean) and draw a little line from the forehead down your nose. this will make your face look more sophisticated and clean.
