Does he get taken off in this match? I knew about suspension for next.

the player continues the current match but misses the next one.
actually its more complicated than that but basically, thats the rule.

I didn't think it was anything because it was from a previous match. If he got two in the same game though, he would be out for that game and the next one.

I beleive it's considered the same as a red card when he gets 2 yellows
