No, it's really just something someone made up as a way to describe how the world got started. It's also a good way to keep the people of their town from getting in trouble by saying that if they do this or that god will get mad. And if something bad happens, it was the devil, if something good happens it was god. If a child gets killed it was supposebly god testing the parents faith. It's pointless. Wake up every sunday to go to a church and hear people talk about an imaginary god to each other. If there was a god and someone didn't beleive in him they say they'll go to hell, then how come other religions who don't beleive in him are just fine? Every religion has a different beleive in how the world got started. Like buddist people, they don't go to hell. There's no such thing. You live, then you die, as simple as that no after life. Well I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Yes----think of the air you breathe, the sun that gives you light by day and the moon and stars which give you light at night, Think of the planet you live on and the force of gravity that keeps you here. Think of all the animals and varieties of plants and flowers that delight you.Think about your heart which is constantly working and you never have to think about it doing so. Think of all the wonderful foods you enjoy eating and the taste buds you have that allow you to savor each one. Suppose all foods tasted the same or we saw all things in black and white---but you are able to see in living color. So,after you consider all these things, your question should be : How can there not be a God?

Whether there is a God or not is something that is left to the mind and soul of each individual. Throughout history there has always been the praise of some being greater than all of us. That being that we call God is called by many names, Allah, Yah-weh, etc. The question you should be asking yourself is not whether there is a God or not but instead, Do I believe in something greater than myself and mankind?

I'm neither a religion-fanatic nor an atheist,I believe in what our religion preaches and regard it as a tool to lead a more balanced life.We CHOOSE to believe, not in an effort to disprove anything or find out whether God is real.God is not meant to be a person,God is unquestionable,He provides support and even if He didn't ever exist,He would have to be invented...!!You believe if you seek for mental, spiritual satisfaction, something further....Maybe there is no God,maybe there is...Who knows? And what's the point,really........

That the universe is created by intelligent design. On that basis, yes. Further, when you take in to account the immensity of the known universe there are many things we cannot fathom. God being only one.

It seems very unlikely in my opinion, but everyone's religion is different. Some people believe the earth was created by a higher power, others believe it was created by the "Big Boom". But, in my opinion, the idea of a god seems farfetched.
