I'm not sure if this is the "key" to perfectly answering a question; I would call it a tool.

1. Stick to the subject
2. Consider the evidence or facts, not your opinion.
3. Don't give answers or advice when you really don't know.
4. Try to not belittle or insult someone with your reply.
5. Spelling and punctuation DO count.
6. Provide a reference or link whever possible.

Listening and giving an exact reply to the question asked. Do not answer before you understand the question completely - get more information if needed.

An answer can be no better than the question asked. So, a "perfect understanding" of the question is the first step in formulating a "perfect answer". That is assuming a "perfect anything" is possible.

Obviously you need to know the answer.
Say your answer, give details to back it up, and make sure that it's clear enough for the person reading your question to understand.
Give reasons why, and add any other information you can that relates to the question.

having knowledge and making sure your argument (all answers are an argument) is valid. you don't want to answer someone with, "well an old wives tell says..." you want to make sure that you most likely have had experience in it or at least know enough about the subject to give an accurate response.
