Oh absolutely - Sometimes I can't just let things go. I gotta keep on worrying about it, coming up with new angles to argue my case or make my point. Not good, not a pretty sight.

Yes i am definitely my worst enemy. Why? because most of the time i regret things i have done or i listen to other people who i know can only lead me in the wrong direction. Then i end up hating myself for stupid thing i've decided to do in life. So yes i do consider myself my worst enemy at times.

Yes. Our only true (worst) enemy is our self. When you beat yourself up mentally over doing something wrong then you are being your enemy.

Yes. And I am thankful for other people who see me in a better light than I see myself at times.
What would I do without them ?
But otherwise.......when the mood gets going......I am not my worst enemy at all....
Everybody has their own ups and downs I suppose.

always.
most of my decisions affect mostly me, so if i make a bad mistake it harms me.
also, despite the things it can come up with, the human mind is relatively easy to crack and cause a breakdown. certain traumatic events can be devastating to the human psyche. they can create alternate versions of them self in an attempt to relieve the pain, an that alternate version, while harmless at first, has potential to cause split personalities.
besides, who is always closest to you? yourself. while that may make no sense, you can never escape yourself. if a person decides that they want you to die, you can run away and escape. but what if you become suicidal? can you really escape? i mean physically, not mentally. its impossible to physically escape yourself, your body and mind. you are always in close enough proximity to hurt yourself.
but this all boils down to the human mind. it can just snap and meltdown during or after traumatic events. the ability to self terminate (as thy say in the movie Terminator 3)is exclusive to the human mind, and while its probably a feature we could do without, its there. we cant eliminate it, we cant do anything but live with it and try to stop those peple who might.

Sometimes I think so because people do not treat me fair. I let them manipulate me
when I should throw up defenses and illness , weakness prevent me and I consider
myself my worst enemy for that.

I think so yes, because there is alot of damage that one can do to them self. Like if they think that they are too fat, they wont eat and will end up starving themselves, or if the person thinks no one cares about them and feels alone all the time then, yeah.
