smpt is the outgoing mail server address. it would be something like smpt.incredimail.net....look on your incredimail page for support that should tell exactly what to use. the email acc is your user name and password. this is necessary for the camera to access your e-mail account

Ur web cam software is trying to configure the service for E-mailing directly. U can access all this information from the installation booklet provided by your service provider. Also U can get this information by going into Tools>Accounts. Write down all the information and enter it in when webcam software asks for it.
I hope it helps

Hi,

I feel that either you are doing things in wrong way, or your emailing software is not configured properly.

Please check the manual accompanying your webcam. In case you got a CD along with your webcam, the CD might contain a software used to capture the picture and videos. You could save the pictures and videos and then try to send them seperately.

Cheers,
Manish

the main problem i think you have is the size of the file you are trying to send. I think you would be better off creating a video -web hoster web page(they are free) and e-mailing people with the URL!

Its asking for the mail server details of your isp's service.... which nobody can tell you until you tell us what service you use.
