she really wants to....?

My daughter wants to set up a free online tutoring web site she does not want to pay anything{either do i} any site suggestions that i can set her and i our own web page that is Free?

1) Create a blog

2) Use Yahoo! Local & Yahoo! Groups – Be sure to read the TOS for each one!

3) Write articles pertaining to her expertise.

4) Geocities, through Yahoo!
