diddy just likes to be on tv. he probably makes more money doing the show than he makes from music. those girls need to look at what happened to da band and not even waste their time.

I would say that P. Diddy would be your man if you desire to be in the record business! He is one of the most influential producers in the music industry today, and he has the money to back it up. Although the group from the first season did not survive, I think that this new girl group should do ok. I think what happen to the first season's group, "Da Band", was that there were too many chiefs and not enough indians, so to speak. I believe that P. Diddy still plan to do work with Nes, Chopper and Baps. As for the others, they were just plain old losers, they "messed up the churches money" with their spoiled and deceiving ways. Sarah was the worst of all, she was too diva for this group in the first place.

First, Phil Collins should have headed the list. The fact that he wasn't even on the list makes me suspicious. Second, I think it's a bit ridiculous. None of these artists are as hip and cool as they once were, and you could easily argue that their best work behind them (in some cases, very far behind them). But you never can tell. Some artists will surprise you. By the early 80's it looked as if Marianne Faithfull had been washed up for good, and then she released "Broken English" an incredible album. I've noticed that after being drubbed by critics for years, Paul McCartney has seen a renaissance of sorts, and his last few albums have been among his best solo work.

That's a question I have been asking myself.Instead though I think the definition of a band is being used very loosely.A band needs to have guys who sing and guys that play instruments. If it's a couple of guys dancing around rapping it's not a band. They need to be called a music group or maybe just an act.

As good as the final five girls are in the band, I don't really think their music is good enough to stand up to other similar girl groups....they will be hot at first but will fade very quickly....it was fun watching the eliminations, and I believe the right five were chosen, but I don't think even Diddy can pull this one off....I think he thinks a bit too much of his clout in the industry....it was a good premise Sean, but I think you'll do better with your clothing line......
