I find it very hard to believe that Paris Hilton has managed to keep her singing talent hidden from the world for so long. The voice she has in her music sounds quite good - but I find it hard to believe that it is her. If she really could sing, then how come we didn't know about it until now? The singing voice doesn't even match her speaking voice. Don't you think that somebody with her talent would have been discovered long ago - especially since she has always had status in Hollywood.

I agree with everything other than her having a good voice. Honestly, quoting somebody else on yahoo answers, "she makes Britney Spears sound like Mariah Carey."

She cannot sing, its synthesizers that help her voice sound anything close to good. If you want to hear the real Paris go to google video, look up "Paris Hilton music." The video of her trying to sing Hugh Hefner "Happy Birthday" is on there. TERRIBLE!!

I think as far as her voice goes she has excellent stature but she really doesn't appeal to me probbaly because i'm more into rock/metal. Mabe she knew about it but only sang in the shower? many people in hollywood are certain they are not perfect or good enough(think about the battles thier facing w/ eating disorders) so her destained her self to be a horrable singer and somebody finnaly heard her a rushed her to the recording office? or maybe she was waiting for the right time economicaly?

I'm not going to say she can sing until I hear a live preformance; auto-tune is readily detectable on her newest track, and you can tell it was mixed within an inch of it's life. I'm not saying she's probably a dreadful singer, but not one that could even push a gold record without a lot of help.

paris hilton...singing... hahahahahaha!!!! she probally paid someone to sing for her in her album and lipsink at her concert. and i hered 1 of her songs it she sucks she cant hit a high note its all 1 note. she doesnt have a strong voice like all the successful artists have. bottom line...she cant sing, never could, never will

Ya, it sounds okay but it sounds nothing like her plus the music video is like not kool at all you think a person with all her money could of done such a better video.

I was surprised at her singing - if that is her voice - really, like you said, it doesn't match her speaking voice, so i'm really not sure if it's her voice.

I guess I'd have to actually HEAR her sing in order to tell you what I think.
She's gorgeous to look at, but boy, when she opens her mouth...she's dumb as a board.
I have no doubt she's not writing her own song lyrics!

if it is her then i am really surprised. she has been talking about her album forever now and its about time we heard something, though i'm not sure it will amount to anything. it just goes to show what money can do and how far being rich and simply partying can take you. gosh she works so hard....not.
