Why does everybody believe in horoscopes?

Like I read it but just for fun.

They do believe in horoscopes I know I heard their questions.

I don't believe in them in the least. I think people who do believe in them say they do because what the horoscope predicts comes true. The horoscope comes true because they are so general. I like reading them and finding "your lucky days" and trying to prove it wrong, by seeing if anything truly "lucky" happens. Almost never does.

everybody doesnt. but many people find it FUN, and others simply are part of the human condition to belive in the supernatural. Early man worshiped the sun and heavens, leading to organized religions around divine beings. The pop culture loves the supernatural. So the zodiac is no different. It helps some people come to grips with their own destiny, rather than create it themselves.

I believed in them at one time, when the late Joyce Jillson was predicting them, because things that was being predicted actually happened several times. Now some of the others I have been reading, only one actually happened until I told some people and after that now none of the predictions has happened.

Some people do believe in horoscopes and honestly, I don't know why. I don't believe in horoscopes but some people believe our fate is pre-determined and that our lives are guided by the stars. So they believe astrology is their guide to this pre-determined life of theirs.

Not everyone does. Some people like them because they are fun. I studied them extensively because it was so important to the people of the Renaissance time period and Shakespeare is full of references of astrology. I really like the interchange between east and west. For example, I am a Virgo-Earth Pig with a cancer moon and scorpio rising. Scorpio's are sexy. I have been told I am very sensual. Cancer's are moody. I am, too. Virgo's are intellects. I teach. Pigs are noble and honest, but get fed up with people taking advantage of them. Ok...that's me, too. Virgo's are hard to get along with unless they are earth pigs and the same is true with pigs unless they are earth pigs. My fiance' is a Cancer-Metal Pig with a Sagitarian moon. I understand him completely because of my moon and my pig. Except he's rusty because he is a water sign and the metal of the pig, well, it makes him a little crustier than a normal crab, but even though he's hard on the outside, he is soft on the inside. There must be something to it. I don't like dwell on this, but it is alot of fun learning about it.

i read them just for fun, but i wait until the end of the week to read about the week i was supposed to have. i like to compare them. sometimes, the horoscope describes what i went through perfectly.

i think there are very few people who do believe in horoscopes.
most of the people like you and me simply have fun and kill time reading them while they're bored and they have nothing to do

thousands of years ago astrology was used for many things. Look on Wikipedia, and it gives you an extensive "history of astrology", and why it has been so important to many , many cultures for thousands of years. There is much more to it than you think, science is very much entrenched in this, and many scientist and scholars have validated its use. But you have to know the science of it, not as just a hobby.
