No it is not small, you are probably right on track for your age. Some girls(and women) try to make you feel as though you are flat because they are into breast implants and all of that crap. The size, 26, 28 or whatever only has to do with the size of your chest around, not your breasts. That means you must be fairly thin, your breast size is the cup size A,B,C,D,DD etc. and B for a teenage girl at 14 is perfect. Remember some girls develop faster than others and you will fill out as you get older, there is nothing wrong with your size.

No that's not small. You sound like a tiny person, being that your 26-28 inches around but that's not your bust size. Your bust size is a B cup, or whatever letter your bra cups are. Get it? Like saying, " She has double D's" That same person could be a 32 DD and have the same size busts as a person wearing a 36DD. The person wearing a 36DD will be bigger or wider body wise than the other person.

The number doesn't matter because that is the measurement of your back and chest together. The letter is the true measurement of your breasts. A "B" cup is a very nice size. An "A" cup is the smallest. I'm sure that as you grow up, your cup size (the letter), as well as the number, will increase. Be happy!

of course not! i was already wearing a bra by 10 and even if you think they are too small you have a lot more options than larger breasted women. You get to wear those sexy string bikinis when other women need the support of underwire bras. and just be happy of what you have! remember your still developing!

Uh, sweetie, by age 14 most girls are wearing bras. It's not "already" by age 14. By the time I was 14, I'd been wearing bras for 4 years and I was a size 36C. You're definitely on the flatter side.

properly...i dont kno your physique form so idk the way it particularly is in assessment to you yet i perosnally think of the 40 two area is a splash massive (if thats the dimensions you easily ment). The c area isn't terrible i kno ppl who're 14/15 and a c. Im 13 and in 8th grade and im a length 30 aa or a. i think i purely hav small boobs. yet no longer in assessment to my physique form.
