Loafers are always a good choice. I would go with Steve Madden, because his shoes are casual/contemporary, and they are pretty reasonable. If you live in any other place besides Southern California, I would suggest keeping the K-Swiss for out of the office. I'm sure that most places are not that liberal. But once again, if you're in Southern Cali, you can do it...we kind of go by a totally different dress code.

Dockers makes several casual styles that I wear with jeans all the time. Also look at "buck oxford" type shoes - makes ya look a bit preppy though...
Dont forget Rockport
P.S. stay the heck away from K-Swiss. I dont care how casual the office is. If you dress better you will look better - and that plays into how people percieve you.

Dude; ALWAYS go for the classics and be sure the shoe is comfortable, especially if you are going to be on your feet all day. If you have to "dress" for the occasion, loafers never go out of style. Avoid the tassled ones. Eastbay, sometimes Penney's, Marshall's and most upper rate dept. stores carry good shoes. Avoid Kmart and Walmart, they tend to be cheap and tear up. Foot Locker is good too.

Stay away from wingtips!
Go with a Rockport or Eastland dress or business casual shoe.
Try Zappos.com. They have a good selection.
