harassment and get them fired?

He should speak with his supervisor about how the interruptions are not allowing him to get his work done, if this is the case.

Be very very careful when using the word "harassment" as most people will think you mean "sexual harassment." The latter is a crime and can be prosecuted. If this is really what you mean, then still talk to your supervisor. If the interruptions are not of a sexual nature, perhaps you may want to call them "interruptions" or "socializing."

Sounds like the problem is theirs...tell them to quit bothering you or they will never have a chance with you...rather they do or not...it might get them off your back..

the girl should stop he needs to have his job and so does she, ask him out of work if he wants to hang out if not then leave him alone!!!!!
