If you are otherwise well-proportioned (and 5'4", 110 and toned definitely sounds well-proportioned), at your height, large breasts could make you look heavy.
Since you already think you look good, why not spend that $3500 on a nice vacation, or some beautiful new clothes.

I am not an advocate for plastic surgery. If this is something you are seriously considering I would do A LOT of research on the subject. Find out all of the pro's and con's and statistics. Do not rely on things people tell you, do the research. Also I would go to at least 2 surgeons for consultations. Also you need to think about the real you. Make sure that this is what you really want to do. You need to understand that sometimes people feel like if they change something physical about them self that they'll be different on the inside...you won't be. You'll still be you. Make sure this is what you really want to do before you jump in with both feet. And, if you choose to have the breast augmentation, please don't go too big.
Good luck!

Seriously, i'm not gonna lie, Implants can look very nice. But at the same time, they feel absolutely terrible. It's a BAG of liquid. Just totally not even similar to the feel of the real thing, and very upsetting when discovered let me tell you. On top of that a B cup is perfectly fine, especially if you are 5'4" with your proportions. I just don't see any reason to augment your body unless it is absolutely vital to your self esteem for some reason in which case I understand and support your right to make that discision.

I think you should if that's what you want. A friend of mine I used to work with had about the same figure as you, and when she got her breasts bigger, she looked even hotter! It also made her waist look smaller once she had bigger boobs.
I want to do it too! I'm saving enough money to get them lifted, (I'm already a d cup and I've had three kids) so I need a little lift for my girls. Of course, my hubby has added his two cents and wants me to get them a little bigger, so I might go bigger for him. You go girl!!!

i recommend that u do not get a boob job. there is a lot of compilations involved. plus you might not be happy with bigger boobs after you get them.i prefer that you stay the way you are and be proud of them.we all come in different sizes and shapes, and we would love the have the perfect body.but the question is do you really want to go through the risk to get a boob job?stay the way you are.

Stay who you are...if you like the way you look, why change yourself? Why would you want bigger breast to begin with? To attract other people? Would having bigger breast change what you think about yourself? Ask yourself those questions and it will help you make your own decission. You have to do what makes you feel best about yourself. To me, bigger breast are over-rated. I would rather have someone I am with be natural...big or small. If they are small but confident in they way they look, it wouldnt matter the size to begin with. Just be confident in who you are! Good luck with the decission!

If you want bigger boobs then I would suggest jumping up a small size or two. Nothing wrong with enhancing your looks to make you feel better. Women use makeup everyday and that certainly is not natural.

Funny, I'm 5'1" and had mine reduced by 2.5 pounds. Be happy with your B cup, but if you do get it done be sure you research the doctor and the work he does. So many look really BAD, even deformed. Spend your money on new clothes and a push up bra.

Get your breast implant surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance or by the stinking NHS.
They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .
My cousin got her cosmetic surgery done there and she is more than very happy with the results.sHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company. She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her. .hope this helps.I think she paid only 8000$ for the breast enhancement and liposuction surgery for which she was quoted 22000 $ in USA.

I am a cameraman, believe me I know whats good on my camera and whats to avoid when shooting my subject. People with short figure tend to be wider on screen. If this added with bigger proportion say like bigger boobs or bigger hair, you will look like have gain a few kilos. And you dont want this on all your photographs dont you?
