Depends on the length of the bed. Most I have been to are twenty minute beds. If you have a base tan but are still pretty light, I would say 12, but if you have a decent base tan probably 15-18. You shouldn't do the whole twenty minutes at first, but if you go in for fifteen the first time and didn't get ANYTHING, then I would say next time go in for the full 20. Remember to keep your skin moisturized and don't go in the bed if you are even a little bit burnt from the day before! Also make sure to ask how new their bulbs are.

As you first go, they say from 5-7 minutes. Then after a few times.. up to the most 20 minutes.

When U First Start out u shold go 5min or 10mins then the next week 15 or 20mins. i hope this works

Ten to twelve minutes is good but ask them how recent the bulb was changed...Trust me!!! You don't want to be crispified...
