I don't think any age is too young. As long as your hands are clean and you aren't stuffing things up there. I've heard some really sick stories about girls sticking food up there and it getting stuck and they have to get it pulled out at the hospital. Yuck.
But if you just use your hands (clean hands) then there is nothing wrong with it. You won't go blind. You won't grow hair on your hands. And the biggest best part, you get to feel good sexually without the risk of an STD or pregnancy. =0)

I guess you're never too young. Lots of toddlers do it all the time without knowing what they're doing, and eventually grow out of it. I think it's good that you have an interest in it. It's a much safer alternative to having sex too young.

It's never too young. Masturabation is an everyday way of life. Now-a-days, it's the safest way to satify yourself. Masturbation is completely natural and safe.

Babies masturbate, so I'd say no age is too young.
