I want to whiten my teeth but cant use bleachers because they hurt my teech .What can i do?

Crest Whitening strips work well. if not, any toothpaste with peroxide will help whiten teeth. Go easy on the baking soda, it is an abrasive and will actually start to erode the protective enamel on your teeth.

I have sensitive teeth too... So, I did the ZOOM Whitening treatment and took painkillers for the sensitivity afterwards

I use the whitening fluoride toothpaste. it helps. I have never used the strong stuff. ask a dentist for advise.

ahh whiting its easy. now folow the steps.

use a whiting toothpaste. dont expect results like boom! but seriously. if you use it everyday for like 3 days you can see the difference. i prefer crest total whitening.

then after you brush use protoluem jelly and brush on teeth using different brush. (its an old beauty pageant trick)

baking soda and 3% peroxide! It works just brush for 3 minutes! Do it twice a day!
