For about a week or so, evertime I wake up I have stomach cramps and feel a little bit dizzy. After I eat the dizziness goes away. I still have slight cramps for 10 mins afterward, and slight when I sit down doing nothing, for example now. Is it just because i am hungry, or am i gonna have my fist period?

I remember having mine for the first time going through the same thing, it sounds like your body is going through puberty. Drink alot of water, and stay away from sugar and salty foods which will cause bloating and cramping. Welcome to womanhood...

Your cramps will be further down, where your pelvic bone is. Your stomach is closer to your navel. And if you are getting your first period there are no symptoms, it just happens and surprises you like for all girls. I am on my period now, got it when I was 12 and I am 25 now. Didnt start getting symptoms till after my second period. Why rush into getting it anyway? Nausea, swollen breasts, and swing moods are nothing to look forward to.

You should tell your mom and get her to consult a doctor. With the dizziness in the morning and it going away after you eat, sounds like you may have some problems with your sugar or what is called diabetes.
You should have a check-up with your doctor.

Oh, well, if you're still waiting for your first period, I guess I can rule out pregnancy, right?
If you haven't seen anything in a week or two, and your condition hasn't improved, you need to see a doctor right away.

Go to your doctor. It could be your period or it could be something else - best to make sure.
