No he won't go and no man u don't need him.
He is highly overated, and getting rid of an excellent finisher in Ruud and purchasing an OK forward in Torres will not help Manchester United beat an improved Chelsea to the Premier League trophy next season.
Because it looks like Ruud is leaving Man U should attempt to get Ribery and a defensive midfielder (or 2), for this look.
