A cow with 2 legs = lean beef
A cow with 1 leg = steak

if you have a 1000lbs of ground beef then you got a Fair size cow/bull in you freezer. legs are mostly bone remove them,and the hide, horns and cuts you got a cow/bull so i guess your close
