It's soooo relaxing and it really is worth it

I don't know about your soul but it is a great stress reliever (as long as you can afford to spend $75+ a pop). Try going to a day spa and get a massage. Relax and hang out in the spa. It helps relax you but only you can really help yourself.

well i know they relax your body and it eases out all the stress you have...you should get one occasionally.!
