You can check out Babelfish, but I can tell you that unless you use an actual person or pay for professional software, the free translation software on the internet is not very accurate...

you run an EXTREMELY high risk of it not being translated correctly when you try to go the online "free" route. It is extremely important that you handle it as professionally as possible, so you do not offend the person you are sending it to.
