Shape- well we all are about the same shape granted, some are short, fat, skinny or tall, but our bone structure (head, spine, hips, etc.) are all very much the same. If you look into postmortem reconstruction they use the unchanging similarities of the body to reconstruct faces, often with uncanny results.
Language- I don't think God created language. That was something Man created. If you study the roots of language than you can see how different forms spread off. This day in age there is more need to keep a solid dictonary based language, but hundreds of years ago people could alter language quite easily. However, even now language is ever-changing. Lets say you're from deep in Texas and you go to Canada near Montreal. You probably couldn't understand their English very well. Or even in your house or with your friends. You can say "jax" and all your friends and locals know you're talking about Jax Diner over on third. But in a city they may use "jax" to refer to car jackings.

difficult in shape?
Is there easy in shape?
As for languages-it's about diversity. If god wanted no diversity, he might as well have created only one being and everything else clones of that being. No animals, no plants. No food. Easy shape.

We are children of God, the infinite.
Like any other offspring, we resemble our parent.
Infinite shapes, infinite languages, different minds, different hearts. Everyone has different DNA, different fingerprints.
All from the same place--God.
That teaches us love and self-acceptance.

He answered this himself (as least as to language) - when they were flying over Babel, and he saw the tower, he said " Soon they will be like us" - then he split them into different languages to slow their progress.
