Actually I think in the infinity war, Cap actually took on Thanos and one, but Thanos is a freakin bad ***.

thanos would win easily because he has the ability to manipulate matter, teleportation, time travel, astral projection and , like, 5 more. Thanos could just travel back in time and step on captain as a baby. Stomp, squish, no big deal.

Thanos would be a close win but It would depend on if weapons were allowed. If so Thanos would toast Cap for sure.
