Yes- you can. If he isn't working, there are sometimes problems getting the money b/c there is no money for him to give. A lot (I said a lot, not all) of father's "job jump" to avoid being caught working and having to pay child support. Or they receive wages under the table so they cannot be tracked. Contact your local Child Support Enforcement Agengy or Human Services Department.

It really depends, I am assuming that this minor child does not work, there are rare circumstances that the judge orders the parent's of the minor father to have to pay support for the child., as there are circumstances that the judge will make the mother have to support the daughter... So, you might as well go to court and file a petition, you have nothing to lose.

You need to go into your nearest family maintenance office, and get yourself some information. I'm sure that they have to make a minor pay for his own child

It isn't common, but it can be done. I would check the laws in your state. You do need to go ahead and establish paternity, though, since he won't be a minor forever.

Try going through your local Domestic Relations office. They can order support and collect payments to pass on to you.

If he has any type of job, I'd assume yes. Ask a lawyer to be sure.
